Phil,
In the root CMakeLists.txt file, find the section that starts with the
following (about line 1100):
#-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
# Add Document File(s) to CMake Install
#-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
delete the line that contains INSTALL_VMS.txt.
This has been corrected for the next release.
