Hi, I have a few question regarding data alignment and and attributes. Is there a way to force binary data to be aligned on 1MiB (for instance)? Also just to be sure, when using the parallel library, a lock is used on creation, but not for independent read/writes (which means that on NFS it could lead to corrupt datasets)?
