There is a bug report for this issue, and we plan to fix it for the next
release.
We moved the location of the User's Guide, but did not change the link to it
in HDFView. The User's Guide is now located here:
http://www.hdfgroup.org/products/java/hdfview/UsersGuide/index.html

and getting a 404 / file not found response.
