Hello, Will anyone with expertise in hdf5 (especially parallel hdf5) be at AGU next week (San Francisco, CA)?
I will be advertising a new file format that uses the phdf5 library and our group are having performance issues due to large number of group definitions and could benefit from sitting down with someone who has more knowledge of the performance side of hdf5. I already posted the specific performance issue on this forum and received suggestions, but we may have to redesign the container to get better performance and so discussing this in person would be ideal. If interested, I can send you the file format definition and links to the library and tools.
