Build target test-commit test target invokes macro-test-runner three times with
three different files. This is a problem because macro-test-runner deletes logs
before each run.
The proposed solution is to merge all tests (common, hdfs, mapred) into one
files since it doesn't seem to be possible to call macro-test-runner with three
files as argument (or to change macro-test-runner to make it possible).
