Just re-opned this JIRA to check the above mentioned scenario.
If that scenario works fine, I am fine to close this JIRA.
Andy, could you please confirm me?
Also you can observe the grepped logs in description. for the same block id, it
is scanning for every 15secs exactly. (infact system has only 1 block while
testing I guess for more clear verification on the behavior.)
