Summary: Allow per NN SPN for internal SPNEGO.

For more flexible configuration of HA, the SPN for NN's internal SPNEGO needs
to be per-nn. Currently the config should contain "_HOST" or configured
differently per node.
This change should not change the existing behavior unless the SPN is
explicitly specified per NN under the HA configuration.
