{{TestFetchImage}} creates directory {{fetched-image-dir}} under hadoop-hdfs, 
which is then never cleaned up. The problem is that it uses "build.test.dir" 
property, which seems to be invalid. Probably should use 
{{MiniDFSCluster.getBaseDirectory()}}.
