Description:
        During writing smalll file to  hdfs ,  when  active namenode be killed  
 and standby namenode was changed to active namenode ,the namenode web  showed 
that  many missing block exits in hdfs cluster。Unfortunately , faild to read 
the file  with missing block in hdfs shell。
