We are focusing on building a Hadoop operation management system based on REST
API.
As per the analysis few features are missing in REST API like quota management
and storage policy management.
Since these are supported by filesystem object, same operation can be allowed
to perform from REST API.
Please give your comments. Will raise subtasks for missing features and other
improvements
