The replication factor of an EC file is 0 from a user perspective. This affects
all user visible commands and APIs, such as {{hdfs dfs -ls}}, {{hdfs dfs
-stat}}, webhdfs, httpfs...etc.
In addition, FileSystem#setReplication API for an EC file is ignored. So is the
command {{hdfs dfs -setrep}}
