JournalNodeSyncer should build the httpServerUrl, for downloading a missing
log, from the JN address it has rather than from the fromUrl field of the
getEditLogManifest response. The response might have the default http address
(0.0.0.0) as the fromUrl address. Whereas the httpServerUrl would require the
host address of the JN to download missing log segments.
