The current version of the docker-compose files at dev-support/compose/ are
version dependent as the path of the dist folder should be added to the
docker-compose file.
In this patch I propose to add these compose files to the dist project and
replace the version number in the docker-compose files during the build.
Please note: it doesn't mean that the docker-compose files are part of the
distribution. The compose files are copied to hadoopd-dist/target/compose which
is not part of the hadoop distribution.
This patch is aligned with HADOOP-15257 which uses exactly the same approach to
provide example docker-compose file for hdfs cluster.
