Most of the time {{TestStorageContainerManagerHttpServer}} is failing with
{code}
java.net.BindException: Port in use: 0.0.0.0:9876
...
Caused by: java.net.BindException: Address already in use
{code}
TestStorageContainerManagerHttpServer should use a port which is free
(dynamic), instead of trying to bind with default 9876.
