DummyGroupMapping class was added as part of HDFS-2657 and it was only used in
TestHttpFSServer as httpfs.groups.hadoop.security.group.mapping. However,
TestHttpFSServer is no longer using DummyGroupMapping and hence, it can be
removed completely as it is not used anywhere.
