I'm going to cut branch-3.2.4 today. If we need more time for 3.3.4 to fix the issue around HADOOP-18033, 3.2.4 can be released first.

In addition, we have enough fixes on branch-3.2 after branch-3.2.3 was created[1]. Migration from log4j to reload4j is one of the major issues. I would like to cut RC of 3.2.4 soon after 3.3.3 release. I volunteer to take a release manager role as done for 3.2.3.
