I faced this problem before : you can't easily get actual block from the block
info in DN. This is probably a good time to add Block to ReplicaInfo. I think
it makes sense and we don't need to add genStamp and genstamp interface there..
also we don't have to keep genStamp in Block and in ReplicaInfo in-sync.
