Error message is not clear for upper values of out of boundary quota values .
E.g
Following error message is thrown if we try to apply quota value of
23498752039458723094578 which is out of upper limit of quota.

[ha...@l20044 ~]$ hadoop dfsadmin -setSpaceQuota 23498752039458723094578 test
setSpaceQuota: For input string: "23498752039458723094578"
{noformat}
Instead of above error message it should print
{noformat}
setSpaceQuota: Invalid values for quota : 9223372036854775807 and 0
{noformat}
