Description:
Many tests of a patch verification are failing silently. Hudson reports them as
PASSED.
Because of this problem patches aren't properly verified since at least
November 11th, 2009.
This problem can be observed both in 0.21 and 0.22.

Apparently, I can't see this issue with commit builds (which are running same
tests and more). Perhaps, it is a patch verification machine problem (i.e.
Hudson's slave glitch) or something.
