Hairong: I agree, probably not worth putting it in 20. I'll probably apply it 
in our distro just for the sake of the unit test, since it does add yet an 
extra layer of verification on the tricky DFSClient code. Wanted to upload it 
here in case anyone else wanted to do the same.
