First, very rough patch against Y20S branch for secure datanode wrapper that
uses jsvc/commons daemon to start up as root and then drop privs. Still need
to modify shell scripts to use new class, as well as add to build file to
compile jsvc (similar to MR's LinuxTaskController). Having trouble bringing in
commons daemon via ivy... Not for commit, etc, etc.
