It's really odd that the test run for
https://issues.apache.org/jira/secure/attachment/12677022/HDFS-7278.005.patch
says that the patch "does not include any new or modified tests." You can
clearly see that the patch includes a new test,
hadoop-hdfs-project/hadoop-hdfs/src/test/java/org/apache/hadoop/hdfs/server/datanode/TestTriggerBlockReport.java.
I am re-triggering jenkins.
