There was a very slight merge conflict on merging to branch-2.6.  It was just 
an indentation difference caused by the fact that the tracing work (HDFS-7055) 
is in branch-2, but not branch-2.6.

I have attached a branch-2.6 patch.  [~szetszwo], are you +1 for this version 
too?  The only difference compared to branch-2 is some indentation in 
{{BlockReaderLocal}}.
