As far as I understand for now, the policy engine proposed here could
complement to existing facilities as, the engine could run automatically,
periodically, monitor and examine the system with all kinds of conditions in
mind, give suggestions to system administrator and even take actions
immediately if desired to enforce or adjust storage policies for folders. Such
support can greatly alleviate the pain to maintain a large file system folder
by folder.
