[~cmccabe] I hope you don't mind that I added documentation for the cool HDFS
debugging utility you implemented. I build the project and ran the debug tool
on a Hadoop VM to see how it works. I added documentation for the tool to the
Hadoop website build.
When you have a moment, do you mind reviewing the patch, and checking if it's
in line with what you implemented? Thanks!
