Hey Yi. I think the test for WebHDFS should be in o.a.h.hdfs.web package rahter
than in TestFileTruncate. May be in TestWebHDFS or TestFSMainOperationsWebHdfs.
You can try to reuse one of the methods from TestFileTruncate such as your own
{{testTruncate4Symlink}} by adding {{FileSystem fs}} as a parameter to it. You
may need to factor out a static method out of it.
