There are many findbug warnings related to the warning types, 
- DM_DEFAULT_ENCODING, 
- RCN_REDUNDANT_NULLCHECK_OF_NONNULL_VALUE,
- RCN_REDUNDANT_NULLCHECK_WOULD_HAVE_BEEN_A_NPE
