I ran these tests locally and they passed, look like flakes. Also not sure why
we have 61 more javac warnings, the diffJavacWarnings are 404, and the latest
rev of the patch wasn't that big and previous precommit runs didn't show these
warnings.
I triggered a new precommit run to see what's up.
