BackupNode and CheckpointNode are represented by the same class BackupNode. [It
is just two different
roles|https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HDFS-4114?focusedCommentId=13489318&page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels:comment-tabpanel#comment-13489318].
Neither is needed for HDFS-6469. ConsensusNode would be replacing both.
