Currently TestDFSOutputStream just contains one test. There exists some
projects that may extends the functionality of DFSOutputStream, such as
HDFS-7729. Enough test units should be provided in TestDFSOutputStream to
guarantee the changes to DFSOutputStream don't influence its original logic.
