Thanks [~zhz] , [~drankye], [~jingzhao], [~umamaheswararao] ,[~szetszwo] for
your idea and effort on this sub task. I think we're on the way to the best
solution. I will switch to HDFS-7793 first and then come back here for the
striping layout work.
