[~shv], since we use 3 datanodes in {{TestFileTruncate}}, how about we still
keep these tests in the same file, and we don't need to use separate
MiniDFSCluster for each test case. Of course, we make sure all the DNs are up
after each test case.
Update the patch, please take a look.
