Removing a configuration option sounds incompatible. This probably shouldn't go
into 2.x, I noticed no target version is set right now. The default is also
already true, so this should be a pretty uncommon issue.
In terms of the patch, the DEFAULT value in DFSConfigKeys should also be
removed.
