As I re-purposed this and modified the description, this issue will focus on
*stripping* erasure coding case. It stays in HDFS-8031 so will be done in phase
1. I created another one HDFS-8042 similar to this but will focus on
*non-stripping* case, which targets for HDFS-8030 in phase 2. Am I clear ?
