Move {{dataBlockNum}} and {{parityBlockNum}} from BlockInfoStriped to
INodeFile, and store them in {{FileWithStripedBlocksFeature}}.
Ideally these two nums are the same for all striped blocks in a file, and store
them in BlockInfoStriped will waste NN memory.
