HDFS-6826 introduced the concept of an {{INodeAttributesProvider}}, an
implementation of which can be plugged-in so that the Attributes (user / group
/ permission / acls and xattrs) that are returned for an HDFS path can be
altered/enhanced by the user specified code before it is returned to the client.
Unfortunately, it looks like the AclStatus and XAttributes are not properly
presented to the user specified {{INodeAttributedProvider}} before it is
returned to the client.
