The patch adds tests to {{BlockManager#checkReplicaCorrupt}}. [~jingzhao] Could
you take a look and see if them are OK?
I removed the changes to
{{DFSStripedOutputStream#writeParityCellsForLastStripe}}. I think we need a
follow-on JIRA on that logic as well as {{locateFollowingBlock}}.
