I've gone through the code, presently the following operations related to EC in
the FSNameSystem:
- createErasureCodingZone
- getErasureCodingInfo
- getErasureCodingZoneInfo
Out of these, createErasureCodingZone already has {{checkSuperuserPrivilege}}
performed.
