Thanks [~demongaorui] for creating this task. I've written few HA related EC
zone test cases, but couldn't able to complete as HDFS-7859 is open. I'm happy
to take up this task, shall I?
I could see there are couple of unit testing raised recently. IMHO its good to
group all these EC related testing tasks together. One way is to create
separate umbrella task and move everything under this. What others opinion?
