I had a thought about testing. TestOfflineEditsViewer /
DFSTestUtil#runOperations generates some edit operations and tests that they
are correctly written, compared to a checked in edit log. We can do something
similar for this tool to make sure nothing is missing, though we might want to
more vigorously exercise some of the operations.
I also thought we had some asserts somewhere that checked all the edit log ops
were covered, but I can't find that anymore. Seems like something we could do.
