About whether to set buffersize as cellsize (encode cellsize),  originally I 
use *cellsize* as buffersize and is not configurable.  I update it according to 
Zhe's comments.

I think (also [~zhz] think) decoding can be any buffersize since it's bit 
sequently.   Currently XOR and RS work in this way, after I talked with you, 
you said Hitchhiker might have issue (and require encode/decode using same 
buffersize), I am not familiar with that.  So we can discuss first, also Zhe 
can give his comment.
