Ideally, for striped block, an internal block is only on one datanode, so
{{DFSStripedInputStream#seekToNewSource}} should return *false*, we should
overwrite {{DFSInputStream#seekToNewSource}} for striped file.
This patch also remove the hardcode for {{groupSize}}
