Thanks all for the feedback. Looks like we can proceed to make the changes now.
Hi [~jingzhao], I'm OK to change {{cellSize}} back to 64KB. I guess we can do
the related change in HDFS-8375.
I opened HDFS-8382 to perform the change related to the raw coder API.
