Description: Old style document
hadoop-hdfs-project/hadoop-hdfs/src/main/docs/src/documenation/content/xdocs/webhdfs.xml
is no longer maintenanced and WebHDFS.md is used instead. We can remove
webhdfs.xml and other outdated documentation stuff by removing
hadoop-hdfs-project/hadoop-hdfs/src/main/docs directory. (was: Old style
document
