This is what we discussed with Dmytro in details above. As I understood he is
not holding the FSNamesystem lock for writing ALL the images, therefore they
can be different. And safe mode does not guarantee the tree state is not
changing. Could you please verify this. If the images are the same I'm fine
with the implementation.
