[~wheat9] wants to put this into branch-2, so no alpn, no modification to the
existing webhdfs. And use a port unification handler instead of the standard
upgrade stage defined in HTTP/2(though I still do not know how a cleartext
upgrade can lead to a TLS renegotiation vulnerability, its just HTTP, any MITM
attack can success...).
Anyway, I only want to make progress here. I will open new issues to implement
read block over HTTP/2 based on this.
