Status: Patch Available (was: Open)
Initial patch to remove workarounds on client side. DN code will be included in
next rev.
The logic of handling {{FETCHED}} and {{ALLZERO}} chunks is moved from
{{initDecodeInputs}} to {{decodeAndFillBuffer}} to handle scenario where some
chunks are {{PENDING}} when first missing block is detected.
