Thanks for working on this.
Some high level comments:
* It might make sense to move some of the code out of {{DtpHttp2FrameListener}}
for a cleaner separation between the transport layer and the application layer.
* How the exception will be handled? It might make sense to send back a
protobuf to match the spec of the grpc.
