Just uploaded a simple performance test report in HADOOP-11540 comparing the
native coder based on Intel ISA-L with the Java coder, and we can see that the
performance gain can be from 10X up to 35X. Hope this can resolve the
performance overhead. Sure we need to optimize and tune further after the basic
codes ready.
