Thanks Yi for reviewing again and catching the issue! Uploading 07 patch to
address. It is based on 06 patch and changes the 3 methods to abstract in
{{BIUC}} and moves the implementations to {{BIUCContiguous}}, because 06 patch
also contains some fixes Vinay pointed out.
